Masterwork Pilates Studio specializes in private training in the STOTT PILATES® method which builds on the original work of the late Joseph H. Pilates' by incorporating modern anatomically-based knowledge of the body into the system.
The aim of the STOTT PILATES method is to develop optimal neuromuscular performance
by focusing on core stability while safely balancing muscular strength and flexibility.

We Are Now 100% Online!
July was our first month of conducting sessions online via Zoom.us... and it wasn't nearly as painful as I feared! Aside from a few technical bumps, the new format is working well and will only improve as we go forward together. I think I can safely say that everyone is relieved and happy to be resuming Pilates!
